Procurement Manager (Shop Fit-Out, Visual Merchandising & Marketing)

Location: Swindon or London (2 - 3 days in office)

Salary: £55,000 + £4,160 car allowance + Bonus + Additional Benefits (25 days AL + can buy up to 25 days AL).

An innovative, fast-paced global retailer is looking for a driven Procurement Manager to join their growing team. With operations across airports, hospitals, and train stations, and an expanding international presence, this is a rare opportunity to be part of a high growth, high impact procurement transformation.

What you’ll be doing:

▪️ Managing a variety of indirect categories: maintenance, shop fit-out, marketing, and more

▪️Supporting the digital evolution of the business (e.g., electronic POS and media)

▪️Driving commercial value while working closely with senior leadership (including CFO sponsorship)

The business is expanding rapidly, with multiple new store openings across the UK and Middle East. You'll play a key role in a procurement team transitioning from tactical delivery to a more strategic, value-driven function.

We’re looking for someone who:

▪️Has 5+ years' experience at Procurement Manager or Category Manager level

▪️Is commercially sharp with strong supplier engagement and influencing skills

▪️Has a curious mindset, thrives in fast-paced environments, and embraces change

▪️Brings experience across indirect spend (Shop Fit Out & Maintenance is a plus)
