We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Interim Procurement Manager to support a dynamic and fast-paced organisation through a critical period of change and delivery. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive professional who can quickly embed into the team, provide strategic direction, and drive value across a diverse portfolio of spend. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver end-to-end procurement activity across a broad range of categories, with a strong focus on estates, capital projects, and facilities-related services Provide expert guidance on procurement strategy, sourcing, and supplier management Ensure compliance with relevant procurement regulations and internal governance frameworks Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Identify and deliver cost savings, efficiencies, and value-for-money outcomes Support contract negotiations, tender processes, and supplier performance management Key Requirements: Proven experience operating as a Procurement Manager in an interim or contract capacity Strong background in property, estates, or infrastructure-related procurement would be beneficial Demonstrable experience managing complex sourcing projects and contracts Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Ability to work independe...
