Procurement Manager Leading Construction Contractor North-West London An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a leading construction business delivering a hyperscale data centre project in northwest London. This is a high-profile, technically complex project requiring strong commercial acumen, supply chain expertise, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced site environment. The Role As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities across the project, ensuring value, compliance, and timely delivery of materials and subcontract packages. Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned to project and business objectives Managing the procurement of major trade packages and long‑lead items Leading negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best value Working closely with project, commercial, and delivery teams on‑site Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards Managing supplier performance and mitigating procurement‑related risks
About You
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager within construction or major infrastructure Experience working on data centres, complex MEP‑led projects, or similar high‑value schemes Strong commercial and negotiation skills The ability to work full‑time on‑site (5 days per week) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Package & Benefits
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 Car Allowance: £6,000 Travel Expenses Covered Private Healthcare Generous Annual Leave Allowance Plus additional benefits and long‑term career progression opportunities
