This role is ideal for someone with strong systems knowledge, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nSupport supplier audits in collaboration with central and regional procurement teams.\nIdentify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement across procurement processes.\nAct as a key interface with other support functions to resolve procurement-related issues and cross-functional process challenges.\nProduce planned and ad-hoc management reports to support decision-making.\nProvide user support for procurement systems and process-related queries.\nServe as administrator for SAP Ariba, managing user access and permissions.\nHandle Coupa system administration and manage incoming queries.\nMaintain and update buying channel documentation, including "how to buy" guides, ensuring accuracy and system integration.\nMonitor procurement compliance and escalate issues as needed.\nManage and maintain supplier catalogues on behalf of category teams. \n\nRequirements:\n\nExperience with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba and Coupa.\nStrong analytical and reporting skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nDetail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.\nComfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
