We launched a new digital bank called Chase to revolutionize mobile banking by creating seamless digital journeys that our customers love.The Product Analyst manages cross‑functional initiatives that are of strategic or regulatory importance, coordinating and ensuring that projects get done whether that’s working with teams within ICB or other lines of business, securing stakeholder decisions and keeping the team focused on target completion dates. Projects can arrive without advanced warning, with tight deadlines, and may be Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid.Our Product Office consists of Product and Technical Programme managers who build new digital products from the ground up, and we are looking for a Product Analyst to initially fill this role with the potential to expand the remit. Your work will have a massive impact on the company, clients and partners worldwide.ResponsibilitiesProduce high‑quality presentations in PowerPoint, compiling inputs from stakeholders, reviewing, understanding and challenging the content as required.Develop metrics and filters in Jira/Confluence to provide meaningful tracking, analysis and reporting.Manage, track, and escalating risks and issues to the plan.Ensure program governance and best practices are followed in line with the business standards and procedures.Proactively identify, define and enhance processes and procedures.Demonstrate the use of AI to streamline and optimize ways of working.Support and manage the coordination and management of initiatives as required.Skills / Qualifications Should IncludeExcellent written and oral communication skills with a strong attention to detail.Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite of applications especially PowerPoint and Excel.Excellent organisation skills with an ability to prioritise and multitask within tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with experience in managing senior stakeholders while dealing with urgent or changing priorities.Strong analytics skills having the ability to synthesize information, mentally link interdependent topics and present succinctly.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident presenting to senior audiences and simplifying complex topics.Effective partnership with Risk, Legal, InfoSec, and Controls.Detail‑oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Awareness of Lean/Agile/Waterfall practices and understand when to use them pragmatically.Previous experience in project or product management and using the Atlassian suite of applications – Jira and Confluence; a plus.Previous experience with cloud technologies, digital banking products would be advantageous.About UsJ.P.
