Overview

As a Data Product Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality data platforms, products, and analytics solutions. Working closely with Engineering Leads and cross-functional teams, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.


You will focus on solving meaningful problems through innovative and scalable data solutions, enabling teams across the organisation to make informed, data-driven decisions while improving operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategy for data platforms, core data products, and analytics solutions
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation through to delivery and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into product solutions
  • Partner with engineering teams to determine delivery approaches, timelines, and technical execution
  • Ensure data products are scalable, user-centric, and aligned with governance and quality standards
  • Drive adoption of data products and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making
  • Prioritise initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment

About You

  • Proven experience in data product management, including work with data platforms, models, or analytics products
  • Strong technical understanding of data systems, analytics, and data governance principles
  • SQL, databricks, AI/ML product experience
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and roadmap planning
  • Customer-focused mindset with a track record of solving high-impact problems
  • Comfortable managing end-to-end product delivery in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role
