Job Description

Working for an iconic consumer brand, the Product Design Manager will create world class customer experiences across web and app for their millions of customers. You’ll act as a ‘player-coach’, with a mix of hands on work and leading a team of ~5 Product Designers.

The Product Design Manager will be responsible for:

Shaping product design vision and strategy across your portfolio Owning end-to-end user journeys and customer experience across web and app Evidence led design - ensuring data, analytics and user research are in every conversation Defining relevant KPI’s and connecting design decisions to business outcomes Leading and developing a high performing team of Product Designers Working closely with Heads of Product and Engineering, service design and the wider team, influencing product strategy and roadmaps Delivering measurable impact (e.g. engagement, conversion, behaviour change)

The Product Design Manager will have:

Product design leadership Experience across web and app for consumer businesses A data driven approach, confident using analytics and experimentation Delivered real impact – moved the needle in terms of user behaviour and business outcomes Great communication skills and stakeholder management Candidates could come from any consumer sector e.g. retail, ecommerce, finance, media, entertainment, gaming, etc. Candidates could come from roles such as Product Design Lead, Head of Product Design, Lead Product Designer, etc.
