Requirements

• Experience leading and managing product designers, fostering growth and ensuring quality.
• Ability to connect ideas and switch contexts across initiatives.
• Inspiring leadership that aligns with company and product strategies.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support career growth.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and user-centered passion.

Nice to have: Familiarity with gaming, esports, and the competitive gaming landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 designers within FACEIT’s core product teams.
• Collaborate with product managers to define problems, deliverables, and timelines.
• Balance leadership with hands-on design contributions.
• Manage the design process and champion user experience throughout product development.
• Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and teams.
• Research design trends and technologies to stay ahead.
• Analyze user feedback and data to improve design solutions continuously.
