In Product is partnered with an ambitious, and innovative Fintech company that has established Products in multiple countries across Europe. They have successfully launched multiple new product lines within their customer facing brands, positioning them to achieve their vision of creating innovative financial products for consumers.

This business is positioned for significant growth both in terms of headcount and customers over the next year. As a Head of Design, you will lead a small Product Design team, pulling together to grow the Product Design culture.

As the Head of Design you will

✅ Be part of the Senior Leadership team working directly with the CEO and peers across Growth, Product and Engineering.

✅ Set the vision and Design strategy for the entire organisation.
