UpholsteryProductDeveloperrole: Developandrefineprototypes,testingcomfort,ergonomics,anddurability.
Source,test,andevaluateupholsterymaterials,foams,andfinishesthatmeetdesignandsustainabilitygoals.
Carryoutupholsteryworkintheworkshopwhenneeded.
Liaisewithsuppliers,manufacturers,andinternalteamstoensureprojectsrunsmoothlyfromsamplingthroughtoproduction.
Continuouslyimproveexistingproductrangesandexplorenewopportunitiesforinnovation.
AboutYou Provenexperienceinupholsteryandpatterncutting.
Strongknowledgeofupholsteryconstruction,foams,textilesandframes.
Practicalproblem-solverwithahands-on,can-doattitude.
Excellentcommunicationandorganisationalskills.
TechnicaldrawingorCADskills(SolidWorks,AutoCAD,orsimilar)desirable.
WhatsonofferfortheUpholsteryProductDeveloper: Salarybetween£30,000-£35,000,withroomtogrow.
