About Product Developer job As Product Developer you will support the commercial team and act as a key link between customers and internal teams. Key Tasks * Act as a product development and ingredient expert across nuts, seeds, and dried fruit categories. * Support the commercial team with creative insight and product innovation. * Understand customer briefs and translate technical and creative requirements into solutions. * Present concepts, insights, and product proposals directly to customers on site visits. * Stay up to date with market trends across bakery, snacks, cereals, and healthier ingredients. About You * Strong background in one or more of bakery, snack foods, cereal bars, breakfast cereals or ingredients supply. * Ability to interpret customer data and insights. * Comfortable presenting, discussing products, and engaging with technical and commercial stakeholders. * Understanding of NPD processes and ingredient functionality. The candidate shall be expected to live in, or near Essex, as well as being able to travel on a monthly basis on customer visits.
