This is a hands‑on role working closely with our NPD Manager, Design, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to help bring products from concept to launch.

If you’re organised, commercially aware and passionate about physical product development, this is a brilliant opportunity to grow your career in a fast‑moving, innovative environment.

The Role

As Product Development Executive, you will:

  • Support the NPD Manager in delivering the rolling product development pipeline
  • Manage day‑to‑day product development tasks across concepting, sampling, prototyping and approvals
  • Liaise with UK design teams and overseas suppliers to gather information, request samples and track progress
  • Conduct supplier research and support sourcing activity
  • Maintain project timelines, updating stakeholders and flagging risks or delays
  • Assist with packaging development, artwork checks and compliance documentation (UKCA, CE, WEEE)
  • Prepare product data, specifications and documentation for internal teams
  • Support pricing updates, cost tracking and maintenance of multi‑currency price books
  • Monitor market trends and competitor products to feed into the development process
  • Track product performance post‑launch and support optimisation recommendations
  • Help prepare presentations and reports for internal product reviews

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in product development, product coordination or a similar role within consumer goods
  • Understanding of the product lifecycle from concept through to launch
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with suppliers and cross‑functional teams
  • Good commercial awareness and interest in pricing, costing and margin
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
  • Comfortable analysing data and spotting trends
  • Experience with physical product development is essential
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements (UK/EU) is a bonus but not required

What’s on Offer

  • A chance to work on a varied, exciting product range
  • A collaborative, supportive team environment
  • Real ownership and visibility across the full development process
  • Strong progression opportunities into NPD or Product Management
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast‑growing brand
