Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and execution‑focused Senior Product Director / Product Lead to drive product initiatives across our Wealth Management suite. This suite encompasses four main products offering advanced capabilities in Securities Processing, Order Management Systems (OMS), Portfolio Management, and Digital and Market Data solutions. In this dynamic environment, you will proactively identify market opportunities, lead the product direction and strategy, and address key challenges within the business. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for critical investment workflows that serve asset managers, wealth managers, broker‑dealers, financial advisors, and self‑service clients, delivering scalable, compliant, and high‑performance solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Define and articulate the segment and product vision, establishing a multi‑year strategy across all areas of Wealth Management.
Translate business goals, regulatory requirements, and client needs into a clear, prioritized product roadmap.
Conduct ongoing research into market trends, customer needs, and industry challenges by staying up to date with industry news, engaging in user research and discovery calls, collaborating on customer surveys, and synthesizing feedback to inform competitive differentiation and expansion strategies.
Drive product positioning strategies tailored to institutional and wealth management client segments, ranging from Ultra‑High Net Worth to Mass Affluent.
Domain Ownership – Wealth Management.
Lead the design and evolution of key functional areas, including Securities lifecycle management (equities, fixed income, ETFs, derivatives preferred), Order capture, routing, and execution workflows, Pre‑trade and post‑trade compliance controls, Portfolio construction, rebalancing, performance measurement, and analytics, Optimization of advisory and discretionary workflows, Corporate actions and settlement workflows, Self‑service digital flows, Utilization of external market data.
Integrate third‑party solutions to create a broader wealth ecosystem, encompassing areas such as CRM, Lombard Lending, and Compliance.
Ensure alignment with regional regulatory frameworks, including SEC, FINRA, MiFID II, best execution, and trade surveillance requirements.
Work with regional teams and marketing to optimally position solutions for target markets.
Own the product backlog and prioritization, working in close partnership with Engineering to manage new strategic developments, client‑focused enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
Collaborate with the product management team to define detailed product requirements, including PRDs, user stories, workflows, and API specifications.
Lead cross‑functional execution across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, and Sales teams.
Oversee the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iterative improvement.
Effectively manage trade‑offs between speed, scalability, compliance, and technical debt.
Assume responsibility for the broader product line P&L and commercial outcomes.
Engage directly with institutional clients, advisors, and operations teams to gather feedback and validate product solutions.
Support sales and pre‑sales teams with strategic client discussions.
Translate complex client workflows into scalable product capabilities.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert both internally and externally, mentoring and managing product managers.
Represent Wealth Management products in executive‑level discussions.
Job Qualifications
At least 15 years of product management experience.
Strong background in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Broker‑Dealer environments, with experience covering high net worth (HNW) and mass affluent segments.
Deep understanding of Securities trading lifecycle, Advisory and discretionary portfolio management, Order Management Systems (OMS), Portfolio accounting and rebalancing, Market data and pricing feeds, FIX protocol and/or API‑based trading integrations, Digital flows for managing portfolios, regulated financial systems, and SaaS‑based requirements.
Proven ability to manage complex, high‑scale, transaction‑heavy platforms and strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, compliance, and commercial teams.
Experience building institutional grade fintech platforms, multi‑asset trading platforms, and background in quantitative finance, trading, or investment operations.
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework is an advantage.
