The Company An established and rapidly growing manufacturer of electrical components is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Product Manager to strengthen their product development team. This business supplies into a range of industries and is known for its commitment to quality and innovation.
The Role As Product Manager, you will oversee the development and technical support of a diverse portfolio of electrical products. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading product development in collaboration with manufacturing partners—defining technical specifications, drafting product briefs, and evaluating initial samples • Managing product testing and coordinating external compliance assessments • Developing packaging and labelling requirements, as well as instruction manuals and technical datasheets • Working closely with internal quality teams to investigate issues, propose improvements, and liaise with suppliers to resolve concerns • Ensuring product compliance with key regulatory and safety standards such as EMC, RoHS, and REACH • Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation and compliance records including WEEE and packaging data
