We are exclusively supporting a rapidly growing, innovative, and forward-thinking scale-up based in London who are growing at pace. They are industry leaders in multi-channel marketing, with strong performance across a competitive industry thanks to their dedicated teams in Affiliate Marketing, Paid Media, SEO, Retention, and Data & Analytics.


Our clients Product team is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, outcome-focused Product Manager to join them on a very exciting journey.


In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering key aspects of their Core Platform strategy including areas like Customer Experience, CRM, Vertical Management, Experimentation, and Personalisation. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Publishing, and other Product teams to unlock scalable, high-impact solutions.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Become a trusted partner to business teams understanding their needs, challenges, and goals
  • Define and own parts of their Core Platform roadmap with a clear, KPI-led approach
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and drive product discovery with empathy and insight
  • Frame opportunities across data, personalisation, content, and operations to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Take initiatives from discovery to delivery, managing assumptions, risks, and ROI
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality features
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering for effective and efficient delivery
  • Champion exceptional user experiences across all internal platforms
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress clearly across the business
