Product Manager (Operations)

Sunderland, London, or Thurmaston office - 3x per week

We are representing a well renowned company in the midst of transformation and change who are looking for an Operations Product Manager to join their high-performing team.

As the Operations Product Manager, you will join the IT Corporate Services function and lead a small team of 2. The Product Manager will also have responsibility for developing a clear product vision and roadmap for Operational Products - encompassing fleet management, operational technology, safety and security, and more.

We are looking for:

Proven experience in Product Management within Operational environments Strong knowledge of product life cycle management and Agile delivery practises Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively Excellent stakeholder management skills

It would be a bonus if you had:

Familiarity with emerging technologies and product management tools relevant to Operational functions
