Product Manager – Digital & Asset Systems
The Opportunity A leading organisation is delivering a major long-term infrastructure and sustainability programme. We’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of critical digital and data systems that support complex assets, large-scale projects, and multi-organisation collaboration. This role sits at the heart of a multi-billion-pound investment in modern infrastructure , where you’ll help shape the strategy and tools that enable efficiency, compliance, and smarter decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing Manage digital products spanning asset management, GIS, and programme/project systems . Shape and deliver a multi-year roadmap that aligns multiple stakeholders under one data strategy. Lead upgrades, migrations, and integrations of legacy systems into modern, agile environments. Translate diverse user needs into priorities that balance usability, performance, and compliance. Ensure data and reporting standards are applied consistently across systems.
What We’re Looking For You may come from an asset-heavy industry (utilities, energy, water, gas, construction, transport) or the public sector (local government, digital services, or infrastructure programmes) .
Experience managing complex digital or data-driven products. Strong background in stakeholder alignment across multiple organisations. Comfortable working with both technical systems and non-technical users. Understanding of asset data, GIS, or large-scale programme systems. Agile mindset with the ability to manage change and modernisation.
