Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join a large financial institution for a contract that will go until end of year. The chosen candidate will work on an internal application used by high level stakeholders to access various benefits in one central application. Given that the application is new, the chosen candidate will work with multiple cross-functional stakeholders in an agile environment to make enhancements to better the application for the users. As such, the candidate must have proven experience working on enhancing technical products following the software development lifecycle. Strong written and verbal communications skills are imperative for this role.


The ideal candidate must have the below:

• Experience as a Product Manager

• Experience working with project management tools like Jira or confluence

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills to present to high level stakeholders

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders of various seniorities

• Experience working on SDLC and interfacing with software engineers on a daily basis

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


It would be ideal if the candidate had the following:

• Previous financial services experience

• Experience working in a risk management space

• Building product in Microsoft teams experience
