This is a great opportunity to join a growing FinTech that’s building out its app experience and scaling its product capability. They’re looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of their app roadmap and help shape a more seamless, engaging user experience.

You’ll play a central role in evolving the customer journey and driving the development of new features across the core product set.

THE ROLE

Sitting between tech, design, and commercial, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation through to delivery and optimisation.

You’ll be:

• Owning the mobile app roadmap and prioritising features based on user feedback, business goals, and market trends
• Collaborating with design, engineering, marketing, and support to build and launch product features
• Driving improvements across the app’s core user journeys, with a focus on customer experience
• Communicating roadmap progress and performance directly to senior leadership

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

They’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience managing mobile or app-based products
• A strong understanding of customer experience and user journey design
• Experience delivering features end-to-end—from idea to launch
• A user-first mindset and the ability to translate product vision into practical execution
