The product is live in six countries and growing fast, with a focus on deepening engagement, increasing revenue, and optimising the user journey – from first swipe to premium subscription.Why This RoleYou’ll own a critical part of the product experience – either onboarding/growth or monetisation – and help define what success looks like across international markets. Your work will directly impact match rates, conversion funnels, retention, and revenue uplift.
