About the Role

Our client is looking for Senior Product Managers to join a growing digital team. You will be responsible for turning business goals into clear, actionable product plans. This includes shaping the product vision, defining the roadmap, creating user stories and managing a prioritised backlog.

As a senior member of the team, you will bring strong product expertise, a solid understanding of agile delivery and the ability to coach and guide others. You will be comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams, championing user centred design and influencing both colleagues and stakeholders. The role offers the chance to share your knowledge, shape delivery outcomes and continue developing as a leader.

Responsibilities

• Support your team by helping them understand user and business needs and creating clarity on objectives and priorities

• Provide day to day leadership and create an environment that allows the team to stay focused on delivery

• Work with stakeholders to define the vision, roadmap and backlog

• Communicate effectively with a wide range of specialists and non specialists

• Lead a multidisciplinary team working on high profile projects
