Job Description

Our client is looking for a Product Manager to drive the ongoing success and evolution of their product portfolio. You will shape product direction, ensure new functionality delivers measurable value, and act as the link between customers, engineering, and commercial teams.

This role is focused on growth and continuous improvement, ensuring products remain competitive and aligned to user needs.


Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap based on market feedback and business priorities
  • Lead product launches, representing the product to clients and demonstrating new functionality
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify product successes, issues, and opportunities
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories and prioritised backlog items
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product enhancements
  • Coordinate feature delivery with marketing and sales to support go-to-market activity
  • Track product performance and delivery progress, addressing risks and blockers
  • Collaborate with support teams to manage product-related tickets and recurring issues
