I’m exclusively recruiting for a Product Manager to take ownership of a digital product portfolio and play a key role in shaping strategy, delivery and commercial performance. This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the market, leading product direction and working across multiple teams to deliver high‑impact digital experiences.

The role includes:

• Owning product performance, revenue and growth

• Building strategy, roadmaps and go‑to‑market plans

• Leading full product lifecycle management

• Engaging directly with customers and industry stakeholders

• Using data and insight to shape propositions

• Collaborating across UX, Content, Marketing, Sales and Technology

• Identifying new opportunities and driving innovation

We’re looking for:

• Proven Product Management experience

• Strong commercial and stakeholder‑facing skills

• Experience with digital platforms, LMS or membership‑style products (ideal)

• Strong analytical and organisational capability

• Comfortable working in Agile environments
