Product Owner - D365 / Dynamics - Contract

New Yesterday

Job Description

An ambitious organisation undergoing a major Dynamics 365 CRM transformation is looking for a highly knowledgeable Product Owner to lead delivery across a strategic, business-critical CRM overhaul.

This role is laser-focused on Sales and Marketing workflows within D365 — from lead management and campaign automation through to opportunity tracking and reporting. We’re looking for someone who knows Dynamics 365 inside out and can bridge the gap between commercial users and technical delivery teams.

If you’ve worked in the events industry, you’ll bring even more value — helping shape best practices and guiding stakeholder conversations with an insider’s perspective.

This role is 2-3 days per week in the Paddington office, remote other days.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and prioritise the D365 CRM product backlog in line with sales, marketing, and operational objectives
  • Translate strategic requirements into clear user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies across delivery teams
  • Collaborate with internal developers and external partners to deliver impactful enhancements
  • Guide the migration of multiple teams onto a centralised Dynamics 365 platform
  • Ensure quality delivery through regular UAT cycles, stakeholder feedback, and issue resolution
  • Work cross-functionally to remove blockers and align priorities across Sales, Marketing, Ops, and IT

✔️ What We’re Looking For

  • Deep hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM — ideally in sales and marketing environments
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on CRM-related programmes
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows including lead gen, pipeline management, campaign tracking, and user adoption
  • Skilled in requirement gathering, backlog writing, and defining user stories/specs
  • Confident facilitator of workshops, stand-ups, retros, and sprint reviews
  • Events industry background is a major advantage
  • Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban) is a strong bonus

Why This Role?

This is a high-visibility project with direct impact on revenue and operations. You'll play a pivotal role in aligning business priorities with CRM capabilities and delivering a platform that genuinely supports growth and customer engagement.

You’ll join a collaborative, fast-paced team with the autonomy to lead — and the support to succeed.
