Youll also play a key role internally; testing new product methodologies, coaching teams, and influencing how Product and Agile practices evolve across the organisation.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats; Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Product Manager and wants to broaden their consulting exposure while staying hands-on with product delivery.Required experience:Experience in enterprise retail, eCommerce, or consumer-facing digital environments3+ years across Delivery Management, Product Ownership, and Product ManagementStrong grounding in Agile with relevant certificationsAbility to translate business needs into clear product requirements and feature definitionsConfidence managing backlogs, priorities, and cross-functional teamsA passion for Product as a discipline and a desire to stay ahead of industry trendsStrong coaching skills and the ability to bring others on the journeyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCalmness under pressure and the ability to lead with confidenceA relevant degree (2:1 or above in Computer Science or similar)What youll be doing:Leading product delivery across enterprise-scale retail and eCommerce programmesDefining high-level product requirements, shaping features, and managing prioritisationOwning and refining the Product Backlog, ensuring clarity and alignmentRunning Agile ceremonies and maintaining a healthy delivery rhythmCoaching teams and clients on Product thinking, Agile practices, and modern delivery modelsHelping shape and test new internal methodologies before taking them to clientsWorking closely with senior stakeholders to build trust, influence decisions, and drive outcomesSupporting organisations transitioning into Agile ways of workingWorking on-site with clients when needed (typically 12 days per week)Whats on offer:£60k£66k + 10% bonusHybrid working: London + 80% remoteExposure to a wide range of retail and consumer brandsA genuine opportunity to shape Product and Agile practices in a global consultancyCareer progression into senior consulting, product strategy, or practice leadershipJBRP1_UKTJ
