The Role

As a Product Owner you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative products from concept to delivery, ensuring that the products meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Establishing the overall direction and goals for the product, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
• Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing a list of user stories, features, and other items that represent the product's functionality.
• Be the primary point of contact between the development team and various stakeholders, including customers, business representatives, and other teams.
• Maximize the value delivered by the product by prioritizing the backlog and ensuring that the development team is working on the most important items.
• Be involved in every step of the software development life cycle, from design, through development, testing release changes and troubleshoot whenever necessary.
• Follow the Scrum Methodology, participating actively in sprint backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint review and sprint retrospective.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience

• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Product Roadmap Awareness.
• Good Communication skills.
• Awareness in Wireframing.
• Expert in Agile Methodologies.
• Expertise in Documentation, Project Plan, FRD, BRD, Data mapping document, Product backlog, Wireframes, and Requirement traceability.
• Attention to Details.
• Good analytical skills.
• Decent Presentation Skills.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Knowledge of ISO 8583, ISO 20022, EMV, and Cards.
• Excellent knowledge in KYC-AML.
