This is an opportunity to play a critical role in protecting advanced engineering products across their full lifecycle - from concept through to in-service support.Youll work at the heart of multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring products are resilient against cyber threats and misuse, while meeting stringent customer and defence security requirements.What youll be doingLeading product security risk assessments across multiple projectsEmbedding Secure by Design (SbD) principles throughout the product lifecycleDeveloping and delivering security documentation and artefacts to customer standardsImplementing and maintaining product security policies and processesSupporting bid activities with security input and effort estimationChairing security reviews and working groups (internal & external)Collaborating with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure robust security integrationWhat were looking forExperience in Project Security planning & implementation (e.g. NIST 800 series)Strong background in Security/Information Assurance (e.g. NCSC, CESG guidelines)Proven ability to deliver security documentation using SbD principlesExperience in security risk assessment methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaborativelyHigh attention to detail with a focus on quality, cost, and timely deliveryAbility to obtain UK SC security clearanceDesirable:Knowledge of DevSecOps, Risk Management, or TEMPESTFamiliarity with Defence Security Standards (e.g. Def Stan, JSP440, SPF)Experience within Defence, MoD, or secure environmentsUnderstanding of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)If youre looking to work on high-impact, security-critical projects in a collaborative engineering environment, this role offers both challenge and progression.Apply now or reach out to find out more.JBRP1_UKTJ
