Product Specialist Chemist

We have an exciting permanent opportunity with one of our prestigious clients. They are currently looking for a Chemist to work onsite, maintaining specialist equipment for shipping worldwide. Products include Volumetric Titrators, Karl Fischer and Sampling Kits.

Calibration & Service

* In house calibration and service/repairs.

* Onsite calibrations and service/repairs (UK wide)

* Drafting, sending, and filing calibration certificates

* Management of calibration scheduling of existing users.

Laboratory

* General laboratory upkeep and stock control.

* Preparation of demo lab for virtual meetings & trade shows

Account Management

* Prepare and send quotations of parts, service, and consumables to UK customers

* Support and develop existing accounts

Stock & Logistics

* Packing of all instruments/spares ensuing all parts and documents are correct.

* Packaging and labelling of dangerous goods.

* Organising all incoming goods to stock/label accordingly.

Must have full UK driving license. Background in Chemistry would be perfect. Local to Central Bedfordshire.

Salary £30,000-£32,500 depending on experience
