Salary: £60,000+ profit sharing monthly bonus

Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week Bolt Technical are recruiting for a global engineering and manufacturing organisation seeking an RF Product Specialist to support customer engagement and product development activities. This role offers a unique blend of technical and commercial exposure, working closely with product management and customers in a growing, high-tech environment. Key Responsibilities Support technical customer engagement, including meetings and presentations Provide RF expertise to support the sales process and internal teams Assist in managing customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure product alignment Support product lifecycle activities and ongoing development Act as a key link between customers and internal stakeholders What Theyre Looking For Strong foundation in RF engineering (education or industry experience) Minimum A-level Physics (or equivalent) Ideally degree-qualified (BEng in Electronics/Electrical Engineering) Strong communication and presentation skills xehkeey Customer-facing or commercial experience (preferred) BPSS clearance (or ability to obtain) Whats On Offer Competitive salary depending on experience + bonus 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Monthly bonus (approx. 15% annually) Clear progression into product management or commercial roles Healthcare benefits including optical & dental cashback Access to GP and Employee Assistance Services
