JOB- Product Support Engineer

LOCATION- South Oxfordshire

TERM- Permanent

SALARY- £35,000 - £45,000 per annum dependent on relevant experience

My client works within engineering and they are looking to take on a Product Support Engineer with an Electronics / Mechatronics bias, on a permanent basis, in the South Oxfordshire area.

The Product Support Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

NVQ/ HNC/ HND/ BTEC/Degree qualified or similar in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering Have some form of industry experience in a technical role after your studies too - previous experience working in a similar technical engineering, technical sales, technical support or manufacturing environment would be ideal Knowledge of inverters, motion controllers, or similar is needed – further training will be provided Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written; to work well over the phone Be able to work well individually as well as a team Be proficient with using MS Office applications CRM systems / SAP knowledge would be an advantage but isn’t essential A Full UK Driving Licence would be essential for attending customer sites so flexibility to travel occasionally is needed tooThe Product Support Engineer role will involve:
