Production Administrator Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Production Administrator on behalf of a market leading manufacturing company. Responsibilities: Adding orders to the company order management software (Sage) making sure that all parts quoted by the sales team and ordered by the customer match Making sure that all the products that are ordered are compatible Processing purchase orders, goods receipts and goods shipments Enforcing the export controls on all goods leaving, including facilitating Export licence applications and ensuring that the shipments have the appropriate licence before shipping Ensuring the accuracy of export documents completed by customers, feeding back to the sales team on corrective action if required Handling import and export activities via the trader support service and HMRC Any other duties role may involve Person Specification: 1 years plus experience in an admin or sales/office support role Strong IT skills Good communication and organisational skills Experience in shipping and logistics Desirable Criteria: Experience in Sage 50 Accounts or similar MRP system The Rewards The successful Production Administrator will enjoy a competitive salary depending on experience plus Flexible daily start/finish, Life assurance and Stock options.
