Overview We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Assembly Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations within our client's assembly, production and repairs functions. Working within a dynamic, owner-managed manufacturing environment, this role is pivotal in ensuring efficient production planning, quality standards, and timely delivery of finished goods. The successful candidate will play a key role in co-ordinating production activities, managing stock and materials, overseeing and developing repair operations, and maintaining accurate system records, while promoting a safe and high-performing working environment.
