About the Role
A well-established chemical manufacturing company based in Loughborough is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Assistant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are key.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacturing and blending chemical products in line with company procedures
* Transferring finished products into appropriate containers
* Labelling and packing products accurately and efficiently
* Completing all relevant compliance and production documentation
* Adhering strictly to health & safety and quality standards
* Supporting other departments during busy periods as required
Candidate Requirements
* Previous production experience within the chemical or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable but not essential
* Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence preferred
* Strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance procedures
* Excellent timekeeping and reliability
* A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
