ABT Loadmac / ABT Products Ltd The Production Controller is a pivotal role to the business. It involves working closely with colleagues in particular product managers, production and purchasing personnel to ensure both internal and external customers are satisfied. The position will suit an enthusiastic, practical, person. They should enjoy working in a busy, dynamic and challenging environment. JOB SPECIFICATION: The majority of the work will involve the following: Complete ownership of our ERP system (Winman). We are looking for an individual who can advance our ERP system to better support the growth and complexity of the Loadmac product. Training will be given. The creation and maintenance of BOMs, product files, job sheets, and jobs (including non stock jobs). Entering customer sales orders taking into account production capacity and purchased part lead times. Balancing production demand where possible. Creating, maintaining and distributing shop floor documentation (e.g. job sheets, work to lists and progress labels). This includes the booking on of jobs once the labour element is completed. Processing of reject forms (CPA's) and liaising with the relevant department. Processing Design Change Requests (DCR) : Updating Winman and liaising with Design as required for issue changes.
