Your Role at a Glance: Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to keep operations on track. Collaborate closely with workshop staff, procurement, and project teams. Monitor workflow, maintain records, and keep internal systems updated. Prepare clear, accurate reports and documentation to support production. Assist with dispatch, quality control paperwork, and compliance procedures. Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and internal policies. What You'll Bring: Experience in an administrative or production planning role (manufacturing or joinery a plus). Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Confident communicator - both written and verbal. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ideally ERP systems.
