About the Role We are recruiting for a proactive Production Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing and engineering business serving the structural, rail, and automotive sectors. Reporting directly to the Head of Manufacturing, you will oversee daily production operations, support and develop team members, and ensure consistent safety, quality, and output standards.

This role also includes providing cover for the Head of Manufacturing when required, supporting wider operational planning and decision-making. A background in manufacturing—preferably fabrication or welding—along with experience using CRM/ERP systems such as Sage, is highly desirable.
