We are working with a fabrication engineering business who are looking to recruit a versatile Production Director to help oversee change during an exciting time for the business. You will have a lot of autonomy to implement your own ideas. The company culture is excellent and very supportive, which is demonstrated by the long length of tenure across the team.
Salary & Hours: c£75,000 to £80,000 as a guide + Lucrative profit related bonus + 30 days holiday (+banks) + Private healthcare
This Production Director job will suit:
* Demonstrable experience within a Production Director position (or similar) within a heavy engineering environment.
* A strong understanding of different manufacturing processes, including fabrication, coatings, assembly and fitting of heavy engineering products. ...
