Role Production Director who will be responsible for all aspects of production to ensure high-quality experiences are delivered. This person will serve as the point of contact on the production side of all projects, responsible for the third parties involved in the execution, development, and production of the creative deliverables. The role may involve researching and periodically implementing new production formats, technologies, and solutions that could enhance Fever’s experiences. This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in live event production and experiential marketing. Responsibilities
Technical & Administrative Management
Manage technical and administrative processes, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up. Assess proposed technical changes and modifications in line with budgetary targets. Support the Deputy Executive Producer with daily administrative tasks, including maintenance of global schedules, GANTT charts, and RACIs. Ensure production paperwork is created and updated across global documentation. Schedule appropriate site visits in line with the global production schedule. Assess ongoing production requirements to identify efficiencies for upcoming seasons.
Budgeting
Support local producers in building and maintaining production budgets through feasibility, sign-off, and operational stages. Monitor regional operational spends.
Stakeholder Management
Assist local teams with budget validation and assessment of technical changes with vendors and technical leads. Support contract processing in line with Fever policy and production requirements. Assist with global finance tasks, including invoice tracking and processing. Support HR communications for day-to-day operations in collaboration with the Executive Producer.
People Management
Coordinate with and assist in the management of the Global Technical Director and Global Production Manager. Manage HR responsibilities and communications for day-to-day operations. Assess current profiles globally and locally, identifying new or replacement profiles for projects. Manage local APs in day-to-day live-site operations and report concerns to relevant teams.
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of experience in the live production industry. Comprehensive technical knowledge of LX, Sound and Video departments. Strong communication skills, including experience communicating with external stakeholders. Strong budget competency. Strong network of regional technical vendors. Experience with permitting and insurance processes.
