About the Role: A well-established FMCG manufacturing company in the Teesside area is seeking a skilled Production Engineer with strong electrical expertise. The successful candidate will support production operations, ensuring machinery and systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. Key Responsibilities: Carry out electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery. Support mechanical and process engineering teams as required. Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Assist with the installation, commissioning, and modification of equipment. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production targets. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and process improvements. Requirements: Proven experience in a production engineering or maintenance role, ideally within the FMCG sector. Strong electrical skills and the ability to carry out electrical duties safely and effectively. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
