Job Title: Production Engineer Salary: £50,000 per annum Location: Factory-based, Manchester Area Holiday: 28 days plus Bank Holidays Working Hours: 4-day week (Monday to Thursday)

About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join their factory-based team. This is a hands-on role where you will play a critical part in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of their production lines, equipment, and site services. You’ll work closely with the Engineering Manager to minimise downtime, drive continuous improvements, and ensure high standards of safety and compliance across the site.

In this role, you will: Develop and refine production processes to meet quality and efficiency targets. Support the introduction of new products and processes into manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Operations, and Commercial to ensure production aligns with business needs. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Provide regular updates and recommendations to the CEO and COO on production engineering activities.
