What you'll be doing

Supporting production with builds, repairs & process improvements
Driving continuous improvement & optimisation projects
Troubleshooting issues and boosting operational efficiency
Supporting NPI with tooling, trials & testing
Creating Work Instructions & technical documentation
Collaborating with Quality, Design & Ops teams
Leading/supporting investigations & CAPA activity

What we're looking for

Mechanical engineering grounding
Strong problem‑solving mindset
Experience in manufacturing or production engineering
Positive, enthusiastic, team‑oriented attitude
Someone who loves improving processes and getting hands‑on
