As a Production Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating and managing jobs progressing through the workshop
• Acting as the key link between engineering, production, and inspection
• Identifying and resolving production or technical issues
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and job requirements for accuracy
• Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
• Supporting quality tasks including non-conformances, returns, and root cause analysis

As a Production Engineer, your experience will include:
• A Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
• Confident use of Microsoft Office programs
• Strong problem-solving skills in a practical engineering or production environment
• The ability to work independently and take initiative
• Effective communication across multiple teams
• Experience within manufacturing, bespoke production, or quality processes (desirable)
