About the Role

We are currently seeking Sterile Production Technicians to join a rapidly growing pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that is scaling up significantly, offering strong long-term career progression and development opportunities.

We are open to candidates at varying levels of experience, from recent graduates to experienced production professionals. Additionally, we are hiring for lead-level positions, so candidates with supervisory or team leadership experience are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manufacturing activities in a sterile / aseptic environment in line with GMP standards
  • Operate and monitor production equipment within cleanroom settings
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and batch records
  • Support cleaning, sterilisation, and environmental monitoring activities
  • Identify and report deviations, ensuring quality and compliance standards are maintained
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes

(For Lead roles)

  • Supervise and support production teams on shift
  • Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members
  • Assist in process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives


Key Requirements

  • Experience in aseptic / sterile manufacturing (highly desirable and preferred)
  • Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environments
  • Understanding of GMP and cleanroom practices
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Stable work history (candidates with frequent short-term roles will not be considered)


Education & Experience

  • Degree in a Life Sciences discipline (for graduate-level candidates), or
  • Relevant hands-on experience in production / manufacturing environments
