Are you an experienced packhouse or fresh produce professional with a strong background in packing line operations and maintaining high food safety standards?We are looking for aProduction Line Supervisorto assist the production management team in the operation and product efficiency of the production lines at Farningham.Due to the location of the role, access to your own transport would be required.What does the job involve?A Production Supervisor is responsible for the following tasks:Overseeing production line activities and ensuring full compliance with health and safety proceduresManaging machine operations, including product and film changes, basic maintenance, and troubleshootingLiaising with supervisors and management regarding customer ordersMaintaining accurate and complete production recordsSupervising staff across production areasUpholding all site rules and promoting high standards of hygiene and housekeepingKey Skills / ExperienceReliable and self-motivatedStrong leadership and communication skillsGood dexterityCompliance-focusedProficient in machine operationCalm and effective under pressureHigh attention to detailWorking hours5 shifts per week Sundays to Thursdays (48 hours)Hours are variable and will be confirmed on a rota basis, however flexibility will be required between the hours of 07.00 and 18:00.Why join us?At Watts Farms, we thrive on challenge and change.
