Production / Machine Operator

We are growing year on year, continuing to invest in our staff and grow as an organisation. Due to expansion, we are now recruiting for additional Production Operators to join us on a full time, permanent basis.

About the Machine Operator role: This is a key role where you will set up machines to start a production cycle, control and adjust the machine settings and feed raw material or parts into semi-automated machines.

Your goal is to ensure that production procedures are carried out smoothly to maximise efficiency and profits whilst maintaining a safe operating environment at all times.

In addition to this you will be responsible for:

Setting up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle

Controlling and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
