JOB- Production Manager LOCATION- Canterbury TERM- Permanent SALARY- £55,000-£60,000 plus other benefits

My client is looking for a Production Manager to join their business on a permanent basis in the Canterbury area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing.

The Production Manager will ideally have the following attributes: Degree level qualified beneficial, Ideally Mechanical background or work based experience Knowledge of MRP scheduling systems Forward thinking perspective Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
