Now they’re looking for a strong production leader to help drive standards, team performance and operational excellence across a busy, high-performing site. You’ll play a key role in keeping the site safe, compliant, efficient and ready to support the next phase of growth.

Your team will look to you for guidance, structure and development. You’ll build capability, maintain standards, and help ensure the site continues to deliver BRC AA and performance. You’ll monitor plant KPIs and OEE, identifying where performance dips and driving improvements that actually stick.

What you’ll need:

• Production leadership experience within FMCG/Food
• Change management & project experience
• Strong coaching mentality
