Production Manager – Manufacturing & Assembly | Chichester | Up to £50,000

We’re representing a leading manufacturing client in Chichester who are looking for a driven and experienced Production Manager to take charge of their production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly to step into a role where you’ll make a real impact.

The Opportunity As Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a small team, ensuring day-to-day production targets are achieved in terms of quality, delivery, and cost. You’ll champion lean manufacturing principles, oversee continuous improvement initiatives, and drive efficiency through excellent people management and structured processes.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll not only oversee production but also be actively involved in implementing and sustaining flow cells, lean practices, and Kanban inventory management.
