The duties for the successful Production Manager will include:

Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, managing holidays, recruitment, training, development, appraisal, time keeping, disciplinary issues, and daily supervision to maximise efficient productivity Set the team objectives/KPIs daily/ weekly and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports Responsible for production process, costing and quality. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems Drive process improvements Support all heads of departments and ensure all leaders are communicating and sharing best practice Communicate and liaise with other managers regarding forward projections to ensure targets are met The requirements to be considered for this Production Manager role are:
