Monday to Friday rotating shifts, 42.5 hours per week, alternating weekly between early and late starts.

As a Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Acting as the senior operational decision‑maker while on shift
Taking full ownership for performance across output, cost control, and margin delivery from day one
Delivering planned vehicle throughput and parts recovery targets
Managing workflow constraints, backlog and takt time adherence in real time
Controlling labour efficiency, utilisation levels and overtime spend
Protecting contribution margin through disciplined operational execution
Ensuring safety standards are upheld and responding promptly to on‑shift risk
Driving structured continuous improvement and embedding lean principles across teams
As a Production Manager, your experience will include:

Proven experience managing production or operations within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop teams
Experience working to KPIs, performance metrics, and operational targets
A proactive, hands‑on management style with strong problem‑solving ability
Confidence operating in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven setting
Excellent communication and organisational skills
